Summary of BSWA Monthly gathering July 31st, 2009.
At the Private Spa – Seminyak, Bali.

Presentation from Kelly – PEVONIA – “Tips To SELL”

•	Commit to Consultations/Counseling data that completed by guests (Recommendation and Solutions to guests need)
•	Educate/Train staff on Products knowledge (benefits, how to use, etc.)
•	Know how to communicate it to the guests (know your customer type, Display, etc.)
•	Set the goals/targets (ie. Daily, weekly, monthly)
•	Rewards (incentives)

BSWA updates and information by Lulu – BSWA:

Summary of activities from August to December:

•	August – NO gathering, but there will be Ex.com and Sub.Com meeting with main agenda: to finalize the Legal Constitution Rules, and to Form Committee for few events below.
•	September – will be at THE LEGIAN Suite (Socialization of Final Grievence Procedure and BSWA Constitution).
•	October – Maya Ubud at Ubud, will be combined and meet with Business Travel Agents people to improve co-operation and network.
•	November – NO Gathering. There will be visit of Educational from SAPI members (Spa Association Philippines) – They would like to visit our members spa, and try some treatments. Further detailed will be sent out in separate email.
•	Novermber – Workshop of SOP Manual received and part of the EU Grant’s programme (plan for 2 days workshop). Dates to be confirmed.
•	November – GREEN Day activities and support – there will be also separate email for this.
•	December 4th. The BSWA annual Seminar. The event will include the GRADUATION for all Cibtac Graduated from EU GRANT Program and announcement of CIBTAC Idol Prior and during the

Other updates:

•	CIBTAC Test had been done in July – all 2nd and 3rd groups. Results are not announced yet.
•	For those who has not submit the Cascade in house training List, please submit soon.
•	The BSWA team will make a visit to the cascade in house training based on the list submitted.
•	Please starts completing finance report – Affidavit Template for all Cibtac- EU grant participants.
•	PHRI (Hotel & Restaurants Associations Indonesia) - Bali Branch, will refresh and create new website – news letter. BSWA information will also be included in this website. They also plan to create a simple guideline book on Investment in Bali.
