BSWA Annual General Meeting coverage

Held on the 24th April 2009, the annual meeting that was hosted by the hospitality of the team member of Ayodya hotel and Spa Nusa Dua, Bali.

The event was along together with the celebration of the 2 happiest parties, the host as to celebrate the rebirth of their freshly renovated Spa and the association 5th anniversary.

It was opened by association new appointed coordinator Ms.Rene guided the participants of the details. The agenda was comprising in a very neat and compact presentation by the five charming and active Executive committees Ms.Lulu with the Annual Reports, Executive Committee Reports and Activities, Ms.Feny with Finance Reports, Ms.Erika & Ms.Intan with In-House Cascade Training Reports and last but not least Ms.Regine BSWA & EU – Grant Project Reports. And not forgetting to mention the participation of the members, Ms.Yanti Rossita, Spa manager of Intercontinental Hotel and Ms.Rini, Spa manager of Maya Ubud, shared their successes of the CIBTAC program earned for the spa team. And we were so fortunate and welcoming our baby member who just joined us at that day. During this valuable event, we were all invited to visit their gorgeous Spa to experience the new touch and ambience.

Attended by all the BSWA members, our special guests from SAPI (Spa Association Philippines) Mr.Jomar Fleras and his team, Bapak Ngurah Wijaya the Chairman of Bali Tourism Board (BTB), Bapak Ferry the Secretary General of Bali Hotel Association (BHA) and a surprised guest Bapak Ismoyo Soemarlan the chairman of Bali Villa Association (BVA) and media from Dialog Newspaper. All merged under the friendly and warm ambience over sunset cocktails and delicious canapés arranged by Chef Atilla and  his team.  Birthday cake cutting, enticing, fun quizzes and prizes tossed around to create more exciting atmosphere as the denouement of the annual event.
